Terms
Last updated 19 October 2026
These terms cover the SpeakHead app and the optional Pro subscription. They are written to be read, not to hide anything.
Your content is yours
You own everything you record, write or generate with SpeakHead, including AI-written scripts. You are responsible for what you publish.
Free and Pro
Recording, the teleprompter and all on-device editing tools are free. AI features have a free allowance and a larger Pro allowance; both are shown in the app before you use them and are enforced on our servers. Allowances may be adjusted with notice in the app.
Subscriptions
Pro is billed by Apple to your Apple ID at the price shown in the App Store. It renews automatically until cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in your Apple ID settings. Free trials, when offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before they end. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store rules.
AI output
Scripts and ideas are generated by an AI model from your inputs. They can be wrong, generic or unsuitable. Check facts and claims before you record them; the app marks claims you should verify.
Acceptable use
Do not use SpeakHead to produce content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing or deceptive, or to impersonate others. We may suspend accounts that abuse the AI features or the service.
Availability
On-device features work without an internet connection. AI features depend on third-party providers and may be unavailable at times; allowances are not consumed for failed requests.
Liability
SpeakHead is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for content you publish. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
